Gracious Home, a Manhattan home goods and hardware store, was expanding their uptown business to a new flagship store in Chelsea, and sought to attract a design-savvy downtown demographic. A comprehensive research process, including surveys and employee interviews, informed our strategy for the brand overhaul. With large-scale graphics, an iconic color palette and a refined logo, the identity repositioned the store to be as sophisticated as their premium products and as approachable as their cordial service.
