Taunton Press came to us to develop three cookbooks: Chanterelle, featuring the story of the celebrated New York restaurant; Cooking from the Garden, a compilation of recipes from Kitchen Gardener magazine; and Harvest to Heat, a farm-to-table cookbook celebrating the collaboration between farmers, herders, ranchers, and chefs.
