Frenchette

Escape your New York kitchenette

This James Beard Award-winning bistro is the lovechild of former Balthazar chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson. From the start, their intention was to create a French restaurant that doesn’t “try too hard to be French.”

Inspired by the effortless sophistication of Parisian café society and the retro glam of the Springs Collective interiors, the identity is a modern interpretation of a traditional brasserie. This sense of fearlessness has paid off, and now it’s a celebrated spot with a carefree joie de vivre and a long waiting list.
